Luckily for me, my line of work lends itself easily to freelance work. In the last couple of weeks I’ve hung out a shingle at runwithscissors.ca, designed cards and had them professionally printed, and snagged my first client.
It’s kind of nice to be working for myself again. I’m enjoying the freedom. Of course, you may want to talk to me again in January when the regular paycheque finally stops. Now I just gotta redo this workspace and get a computer that features something larger than a 2 gig hard drive.
