		<description>Haha, that&#039;s a good point. Even before the web, when my roommate and I would listen to the games that weren&#039;t on TV, I remember the same effect. You really had to pay attention to understand who was doing what.

It made it that much better, and made me feel more knowledgeable, when next I saw them on TV. Notice there&#039;s nothing here about seeing the Canucks in person - ticket prices have been out of my league for years ;)</description>

		<description>I watched the last of the game in the fitness center one the tv&#039;s they have suspended over the bikes :)  There was a ton of people clustered around the one in the lobby there.

I listened to the Canucks make it to the Stanly Cup finals on CKNW and when I was away at university and they only played Toronto games in our area, I listened to the Canucks over the web.  I like the audio because I felt like I knew the players better when I had to know their names in order to tell if we were winning :P</description>
